American Quality Construction Built to Last
Best Home Furnishings' recliner frames are built from the ground up to ensure durable comfort. Some of the premium components and techniques we use include:
Kiln-dried hardwood frame parts are doweled, screwed, and glued for solid, long lasting construction
Tenon and mortise joints secured by steel truss plates
Five 8-gauge heat-tempered sinuous wire seat springs connected side-by-side with two 16-gauge coated steel wires for added support and squeak-free use
Max Out Strength with Drop In Coils
This chair features an independent drop-in coil spring suspension. The seating system is comprised of individual steel coil springs securely clinched to #19 gauge roll formed steel channel bars. Because of the bars strength and rigidity, the chair construction is more solid when the bars are secured to the frame. Each steel coil is connected by a link-top fabrication, which spreads the weight load per spring more evenly.
